Today, I’m launching Outcome.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ve probably seen some version of this idea before: Onepager, ContentBlocks, and probably a few experiments in between.

Outcome is the result of what I learned building all of them.

At its core, Outcome turns your content and expertise into an AI-powered funnel that gives each person a useful, personalized result: a plan, report, recommendation, strategy, or next step.

And strangely enough, the idea started years before AI could actually make it possible.

It started with Onepager.io

A few years after exiting ClickFunnels, I wanted to run a business contest to support entrepreneurs.

While putting it together, I wanted to give people a simple, clear path for launching a business. Not another course or hours of videos. Just the right steps, in the right order.

I came up with the idea of a series of Onepagers that would take someone through the process.

And because I’m a designer, developer, and product guy, I turned that idea into a product. I can’t help myself.

I’ve always been fascinated by frameworks and mental models. A good framework can compress years of experience into something you can understand and apply in minutes.

That was the idea behind Onepager: make it easy for experts to turn what they know into something simple and useful.

But everyone still got the same Onepager.

AI changes that.

Then came ContentBlocks

With ContentBlocks, I started thinking bigger: What if AI could understand an expert’s videos, articles, frameworks, courses, and ideas, and use that knowledge to create new experiences?

So I built a lot: AI blocks, pages, courses, knowledge bases, agents, forms, workflows, and more.

ContentBlocks became a playground for what was possible with AI.

But the feedback taught me something important:

Possibility isn’t the same thing as clarity.

People don’t necessarily want 100 things they could build. They want a simple way to build something useful.

So I went back to something I know well: a funnel.

From Onepager to Outcome Funnel

An Outcome Funnel takes the original Onepager idea and makes it personal.

You give Outcome your expertise—a framework, article, YouTube video, process, or idea. The funnel collects context from the user, and AI combines the two:

Your expertise + their context = their Outcome.

A personalized plan, report, recommendation, assessment, or next steps.

Instead of giving everyone the same Onepager, you create the right Onepager for each person.

That’s the product I wanted to build years ago. I just didn’t have the technology yet.

The lead magnet is changing

For years, the standard lead magnet has been a PDF.

“Give me your email and I’ll give you my guide.”

It works, but everyone gets the same thing.

Now imagine someone watches your YouTube video about growing a channel. Instead of offering a generic “YouTube Growth Guide,” your funnel asks about their channel, audience, goals, and problems, then uses your ideas to create their personalized YouTube Growth Plan.

Your expertise stays at the center. AI helps apply it to the person in front of you.

I think this is where lead magnets are going: less information, more application.

From one Hero Funnel to many

Most businesses have a Hero Funnel. Every video, post, ad, and topic eventually points toward the same place.

That made sense when funnels took a lot of time to write, design, and build.

AI changes the economics.

Now a video about “5 Reasons Your Facebook Ads Aren’t Converting” can have its own Outcome Funnel. It understands what the person just watched, asks about their business, applies the ideas from the video, and gives them a personalized plan before moving them toward the right next step.

The funnel becomes a continuation of the content:

Content → Outcome → Conversion

Instead of one Hero Funnel trying to speak to everyone, you can create many small, relevant funnels that continue the conversation someone already started with you.

Looking back at Onepager, ContentBlocks, and now Outcome, I realize I’ve been working on different versions of the same problem:

How do you take what an expert knows and make it useful to someone else?

Onepager made knowledge easier to package. ContentBlocks explored what happens when AI understands that knowledge. Outcome brings those ideas together in one simple funnel.

Your expertise. Their context. One useful outcome.

Take something you already have—a framework, article, idea, or YouTube video—and see what Outcome turns it into.
